But even if I would have hated it, I would still want it on my bookshelf simply because it is Rowling. I can't wait to see what she does with the criticism received from this book and what her next book will be. Hopefully she doesn't say to hell w/ all the critics and retire with her millions. I had pre-ordered this book, began reading it and actually couldn't continue. I guess I loved Rowling because of Harry Potter and not the other way round. The writing is par excellence, w/o doubt.. it's the story line that isn't my cup of tea. I will go back to the book when I get more time.
Amazing review! :) Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10737464816570426913noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1941804886954871372.post-22433708064113560352012-10-05T18:12:16.825-04:002012-10-05T18:12:16.825-04:00I am really wanting to read this, glad you liked i...I am really wanting to read this, glad you liked it!
New follower via twitter :) Alisa Selenehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01261134777376978131noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1941804886954871372.post-28310699941738900632012-10-04T12:14:10.403-04:002012-10-04T12:14:10.403-04:00I agree.. i think the problem is that the audience...I agree.. i think the problem is that the audience is all wrong for this book. harry potter fans needing to read the next jk rowling book and then getting disappointed since it is NOT in the same genre as HP.
